Long Island Pancreatic Cancer Research Walk
A record breaking 7,500 people turned out for this year's walk raising more than one million dollars for research!
Congratulations and thank you to all volunteers, sponsors, and participants of the 12th Annual Long Island Pancratic Cancer Research Walk at Jones Beach! This was the most successful Walk to date, and we have already raised close to $1.1 million.
The lustgarten Foundation was honored to have special guest Senator Charles Schumer join us during the opening ceremonies. At the ribbon cutting, Senator Schumer was joined by 25 pancreatic cancer survivors, MC Colleen McVey, Lustgarten Foundation Chairman, Charles Dolan and executive Director Kerri Kaplan.
Donations will be accepted through the end of the year. Remember to ask your employer about matching gifts.
