Remember, 100 percent of every dollar goes directly to pancreatic cancer research. Please complete and submit the Cause Marketing Application, including how you intend to participate, the duration of the campaign and the percentage of sales you agree to donate to the Foundation. Once we receive and approve your application, we will send a Cause Marketing Agreement contract requiring your signature, followed by a signed, final PDF for your files.

Absolutely! Our Cause Marketing Policy guidelines document explains the legal terms and conditions we require of all cause partners.

With very few exceptions, the sky is the limit!

Depending on your business model, you might choose to donate a portion of sales for a particular day (e.g. World Pancreatic Cancer Day), a specific timeframe (e.g. November is Pancreatic Cancer Awareness Month), or a particular special event (e.g. proceeds from all sales from noon-3 p.m. on World Pancreatic Cancer Day).

From retailers and hair salons to restaurants and side-hustle businesses, we’d be happy to talk with you to determine the best way for your company to support us.

Upon approval of your application, receipt of a signed agreement and with the approval of the Lustgarten Foundation Marketing Team, we will provide you with our primary trademark registered logo to highlight your cause marketing relationship on your website. We ask that you refrain from using the logo on your social media platforms, but we encourage you to share your participation on social media and tag the Foundation at @LustgartenFDN.

Upon completion of the agreed timeframe and/or termination of the cause marketing relationship with the Lustgarten Foundation, you must remove the Lustgarten logo from your website and are required to delete or destroy any marketing material including the Foundation mark within thirty (30) days of termination.

The percentage directed to the Foundation is entirely up to you, although we do ask for a minimum 10 percent donation. The specific percentage or amount directed to the Foundation must be included in the Cause Marketing Application for approval and will be included in the signed agreement. At the end of each month—or at agreed upon intervals—throughout the agreed timeframe, you will send the Foundation a check with the proceeds from sales.

By definition, a cause marketing relationship is dependent upon the participating business promoting their support of the Foundation as a part of their scheduled marketing activities. Cause marketing relationships should not be dependent upon Foundation promotional support, though we will support the agreement when and where we can.

For the specified duration of the cause marketing agreement, all partners will be included on our cause marketing webpage, which may feature your business name, logo and link to your website. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee or regularly promote your product(s) through our social media channels, which are primarily used to highlight Foundation activities and advances on pancreatic cancer research. However, we will highlight your participation when and where possible, which may include a mention in our monthly e-newsletter. Please contact to discuss promotion opportunities.
