New York State Employees can choose Lustgarten Foundation through the State Employee Federated Appeal (SEFA) by writing in Lustgarten Foundation or number 999-00547.

Federal Employees who choose to support pancreatic cancer research and take part in the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) should write in Lustgarten Foundation.
