Welcome to the Lustgarten Foundation’s
Boston Area Virtual Walk, where thousands of people affected by pancreatic cancer join forces to raise critical funds and awareness in the fight against this devastating disease.
Due to the continued risk of COVID-19 and required safety measures, this year’s
Boston Area Walk will be a little different. Instead of our usual in-person event on Sunday, October 11, 2020, we’re inviting our supporters from
Boston, Easton, Westborough and all of Massachusetts to join us by walking
VIRTUALLY in their own neighborhoods. While we can’t be together in-person, one thing that hasn’t changed is our ability to walk unified in our commitment to defeating pancreatic cancer.
Please visit our
Virtual Walk FAQ &
Fundraising Resources pages for more information and additional tips and resources. And don’t forget to follow us on social media (@LustgartenFDN) so you can see and share images from your event.
Don’t miss out Boston-Area! Join us for our Corporate Team Recruitment Zoom Event.
What is a Virtual Walk? Simply put, a virtual walk is a symbolic, online fundraising event. As a virtual walker, you’ll go for a walk on your own or with a small group of family and friends on the same day and time as other participants but in different locations—such as your neighborhood, a local park or other public spaces. And regardless of where you walk, you’ll still be providing #HopeFromHome by raising critical funds and awareness for pancreatic cancer research.
