The Lustgarten Foundation collects information to support our mission to cure pancreatic cancer. Through our information collection, we can better understand our supporters’ interests and needs. Information collected by the Lustgarten Foundation will vary depending on the supporter’s interactions with the organization and its services.
We do not collect personally identifiable information from you unless you provide it to us voluntarily and knowingly. We do not require visitors to register or provide information to us to view the website. The Lustgarten Foundation only gathers personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, zip/postal codes, email addresses, limited health information such as your relationship to pancreatic cancer, etc. when it is voluntarily submitted by a visitor – usually in conjunction with event registration or donation. Our website is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect data on children under the age of 13 unless necessary for event participation such as child registration for a Walk fundraiser. We comply with the federal Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 (COPPA).

If you donate to the Lustgarten Foundation we will collect payment information to process your transaction. We do not retain credit card numbers and rely on referenced or recurring transactions for subsequent processing of related transactions (refunds, monthly giving, etc).

This access is provided free of charge, however, if requests are deemed to be unfounded, excessive, or repetitive, Lustgarten Foundation is entitled to charge an administrative fee.
