In order to move pancreatic cancer studies forward faster, we take a bold approach to funding research. Our unique funding model sets us apart from other organizations and enables us to lead the field of pancreatic cancer research. The only way we are going to conquer this disease is with significant grants awarded to the brightest scientific minds.

Clinical Translational Research Program

The goal of our Translational Clinical Program is to identify and fund innovative multi-institutional translational research projects that will significantly impact early diagnosis, increase surgical intervention, improve therapies, identify personalized medicine approaches and ultimately find a cure for pancreatic cancer.

Distinguished Scholar Program

Our renowned Distinguished Scholar Program supports scientists who are at the very top in their field and are at the forefront of today’s most exciting breakthroughs in pancreatic cancer research. Each grantee receives $5 million in funding over five years, enabling them to pursue high-risk, high-reward research and to dedicate more of their time and focus to pancreatic cancer.

Research Investigator Program

The Research Investigator Program funds talented scientists with historical accomplishments in cancer research who are now focusing their efforts on pancreatic cancer. This program awards three-year grants for projects that are focused on the science underlying pancreatic cancer to achieve early diagnosis and improved therapies.

We are delighted to be partnering with Stand Up To Cancer on this exciting initiative to improve patient outcomes. Together, we are creating a dynamic and fluid network that is engaging medical institutions, researchers and companies. In addition to working with the leaders in pancreatic cancer research, we are funding new centers and bringing new talent to the field with the goal of accelerating research for patients who desperately need better treatments.
