Remembering Josh Farrell
Wine Enthusiast Companies is partnering with the Lustgarten Foundation to honor the memory of beloved Josh Farrell. Josh was the Director of Wine Express and a 30-year veteran at Wine Enthusiast Companies. He passed away in September 2023 after a brave battle with pancreatic cancer.
A wonderful person with a huge heart, Josh was an old soul with a belly laugh that would spark laughter in everyone. As much as Josh loved wine, his true loves were his wife Mara and daughter Daisy. Anytime he spoke about them his eyes lit up with love and pride. But Josh did truly love wine and was an industry pioneer.
His tastings and discussions about wine and life, but most of all his friendship, will be missed. In partnering with the Lustgarten Foundation, Wine Enthusiast is building on Josh’s legacy to impact the future of the disease that has taken so many too soon. We are counting on the power of the Wine Enthusiast community to transform pancreatic cancer into a curable disease by making a donation in Josh’s honor.
Research is fundamental. When the Lustgarten Foundation was founded, very little money was invested in pancreatic cancer research and there were virtually no long-term treatment options. In the intervening decades, the Lustgarten Foundation has been a leading force in every major advancement in pancreatic cancer research. Your support has allowed us to forever change the landscape.
